CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries, follow-ups thru phone, and email correspondences
  
• Coordination and maintaining the updated records of all calls

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level and above.
  
• At least 1 - 2 years' related customer service experience in call centre environment.
  
• Proficient in English/ Mandarin (liaise with Chinese speaking customer)
  
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
• Able to work weekend shift schedule.

Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Client servicing for our existing corporate client and develop new corporate account.
  
• Good sales presentation, preparing proposals and familiar with tendering and resourceful will be added advantage.
  
• Liaise with clients on work processes and requirement.
  
• To launch and project management.
  
• Pricing rationale and scoping of clients’ objective and business expectations.

Requirements:

• A-Level / Diploma or related disciplines.
  
• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in contact centre services.
  
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
  
• Able to work in a fast paced call centre environment.
  
• Meticulous with eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
  
• Strong team player spirit, possess initiative and result-oriented.
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
  
• Applicable to Singaporeans and PR only.
