
Customer Service Representative (Investments)
(Singapore - Central)
Responsibilities:
* Handles incoming telephone enquiries and complaints from members of the public or outgoing calls for follow ups to customers.
* Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding query.
* Handle calls for Financial markets, Equities, investment accounts.
* Ensures that all commitment made on the call are delivered.
* Do voicemail retrievals and call out to customers to answer their queries
* Escalates any queries or unresolved issues which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
* Undertakes any administration tasks delegated by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
* Proactively identifies areas for service and procedural improvement and makes recommendations to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
o GCE “O” Levels or possess at least three (3) years working experience with two (2) years in a similar role in a customer service environment or at least 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or financial products/investments
o Able to speak fluent English and MANDARIN as need communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
o Knowledgeable in the use of computer and related standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
o Customer service oriented individual with proven track record in handling financial accounts
o Knowledgeable in the use of computer and related standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
o Able to work alone and as a team player
o Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6.00pm alternate Sat 8:30am to 1:00pm
o Singapore citizenship or PR
