CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries, follow-ups thru phone, and email correspondences
- Coordination and maintaining the updated records of all calls
- Minimum “O” level and above.
- At least 1 - 2 years' related customer service experience in call centre environment.
- Proficient in English/ Mandarin (liaise with Chinese speaking customer)
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work weekend shift schedule.
